This has been the WORST night EVER!!!!!

Since we had such a fun weekend I was sooooo tired on Monday night and I decided that I would go to bed early about 9:00. About 45 min later I hear Braysen crying with that fun croupy barky cough. He had also been fevering the entire day. So I call the emergency room which is 40 min away and they called him in a prescription to pick up in the morning. So I finally get him back to sleep around 11:00 and then about 1:00 Brinlee screams "I just frowed up Mommy" Alllllll over her face the bed and it SMELLLLLLED sooooooo bad I was about to frow up (throw up) also. So after about 5 times of frowing up in a bucket Brinlee finally lays down and goes to sleep. That was about 3:00. Then about 4:30 Braysen starts crying he is all stuffy can't breathe and is crying so I rock him for awhile and bring him to bed with us about 5:00. He tosses and turns but does stay asleep. SO to say the least I think I may have gotten 2 or 3 hours of sleep and all day today I have done laundry and scrub my house!!!! I do want to say I am thankful for my trials!!! I thought I would never say that but I am. I am just thankful that it was only one night!!!! So this picture above is yes my baby asleep on the floor and I am leaving him for now because he is soooo peacefully asleep!!!!

Thanksgiving Weekend

We had such a fun Thanksgiving Weekend!!! Cory and Courtney Fabrizio and their kids came. Sandy and the boys were also here. We just had alot of fun hangin out in Tipton!!! The kids all got along so good. Trevin and Braysen (the babies) had a few knock outs here and there but over all we had such a good time. We had Thanksgiving Dinner at my house. The kids had sleepovers everynight. We watched movies, went to the Germanfest up town, took a ride out to see Meadowlark, and stopped in Cawker City to see the largest ball of twine!!!! Most of all we just hung out around here and enjoyed each others company. I am so thankful for a good family and wonderful friends to spend the holidays with!!! We love you all!!!

My appendix is gone!!!

I am feeling soooo much better today after a long yucky week last week. First I had some nasty side pain so we went to the Dr. I had blood work, CT Skans 3 of them, 2 ultrasounds, and a bunch of pushing and prodding on my belly. They couldn't see anything wrong with all of those tests so they decided to take my appendix out. I haven't spoken to the Dr I see him tomorrow but he told Lance my appendix was Fibrotic which I think means hard tissue or something. So anyhow I will update tomorrow after I see him. I really hope the side pain stays away and that this has solved my problem. I am so thankful for loving family who cared about me and also for an AWESOME mom who came over every morning to help with the kids, laundry, lifting Braysen who weighs a ton, you name it she did it for me, I love you mom!!!! Lance has been amazing also!!! He took care of the kids cooked dinner made sure I had what I needed and was just a great help to me I love you Babe!!!It has been hard to hold Braysen and when he gets a bump Brinlee is right by his side for me. I have an amazing friend who took my kids for me and made us dinner. I am really lucky to have such an awesome support system out here!!!!! I love you all!!! Thanks so much!!

Halloween

We had such a great Halloween this year!!! The kids had their little parade at school and then their party. We went out trick-or-treating right after school which was wonderful!!! We were done and back home by 5:00!!! Then we cooked our Halloween dinner with Jack-o-lantern orange bowls, spicy bat chicken wings, bones made of breadsticks and yummy sugar cookies from grammie!!!! Braxton was a skeleton, Brinlee was supergirl, and Braysen was a lion. Nice that I bought his costume WAY to early because he grew so fast that by Halloween it hardly fit him. But that was ok it was so cold I didn't even take him out to trick-or-treat!!! But he was so good to keep his costume on for awhile and he even left the lion hat on. Thanks also to Grandma Leavitt for all the fun things that you sent to the kids they loved it!!!!

PJ's and Bedtime

I love nighttime!!! Our routine is what makes the night go by so much smoother!!! We eat dinner, get our tubbing done, we read the scriptures, say prayers, brush our teeth and then off to bed!!! One picture is of Braysen trying to climb through the coffee table. I think I am going to have a climber GREAT!!!!!

Here are a few pics of Braysen. One of them is him in his little crawl tunnel he has. He just loves to sit inside of it and look at books. Another is of him in his saucer. I put him in there when I can't keep up with him anymore!!! The kids put him in Brinlees blanket one night and were swinging him they thought that was so neat. Another pic is of Braysen with the heater remote. Daddy has a remote so he had to have his too!!!!

Time out for Women

This was the best thing that I have been to in a long time!!! My mom and I went this past weekend and we LOVED it!!! The speakers were amazing and gave such good insight. I was so touched by the music that was played. I just came back home wanting to do better as a person, wife and mother. I am so thankful for a AWESOME husband that stayed with the kids so that I could go. I love you honey!!! You are the best!!! Thanks for going with me mom!!! Sorry Binny that you couldn't make it but thanks so much for getting the ball going for us and making reservations for us we sure missed you!!! Next year we are going for sure!!! Omaha Nebraska May 14-15!!! Anyone is welcome to meet us there!!! This is the best thing I have ever been to I would recommed it to EVERYONE!!!!! Put it on your calendars and come join us!!!!

Braysen 10 Months!!!!

I can't believe my little guy is 10 months already boy does time fly!!!! He is such a sweet boy and so much fun when he is not getting into everything!!!!! He loves to just sit and play the piano one night he sat there for 20 minutes it was wonderful!!! He loves Braxton and Brinlee so much. One pic is of me and Brinlee. She has been such a sweet little girl lately. She was Student of the week this week. So everything was all about her and she loved it!!!! She picked the snacks her favorite show and tell all that fun stuff. Friday they made a book all about her it was so cute. The boys all said they loved her and the girls said they loved her hair and bows!!!! She is such a sweetie. Braxton has been such a help with Braysen lately. He can get him in and out of his crib and he plays so well with him. I am so blessed to have such sweet kids and they are such a joy to have in my life!!!!

Pumpkin Patch

We are so thankful that aunt Binny is on the ball and set up a day for us to go to a pumpkin patch!!! We had such a fun day!!!! The kids rode the zipline even Brinlee she is such a dare devil!!!! The had a huge slide the kids all rode down. They all got to go and pick pumpkins. They had some fun games that the kids played. We took a tram ride to see the Bison. Which did not want to see us, but that is ok it was fun hanging out with everyone anyhow!!!! We had such a great time and thanks again aunt Binny for setting it all up we defiantely need to do it again next year!!!!!

Braxton and Flag Football

Braxton has been playing flag football on Saturday for the last couple of weeks!!! He loves it!! He is an awesome center and tide end!!!! One of the pics is of him hikin the ball!!!! Lance and Mark are the coaches and they do such a good job!!! Some of the kids can be such punks but they handle it so well. I am proud of Lance for taking the time to drive the boys each week 40 min there and 40 min back for practice!!! Way to go babe!!! Grandpa told Brax that he would give him a dollar for each flag he pulls. So when Brax gets a flag he holds it up so excited and he just knows that Grandpa will pay up!!!! Isn't that huddle just so cute.

Brinlee

In kindergarten Brinlee has been doing alot of fun things. The last couple of weeks they have worn a certain color each day and then today they learned about germs and got to wear their pjs to school for a sick day!!!! We have had lots of fun deciding which color will go best with which outfit. She did a good job most of the time she already knew what she wanted to wear. Since she had a picture in her pjs she had to take one of Braysen in his she did a pretty good job!!! One of the pictures she took was of my parents dog Chloe. She loved babysitting her while my parents were out of town. She told me a secret one day, "Mom this is a secret but I wish we could have Chloe forever." She says the sillest things. She also took her to the bathroom all the time and one time I came outside to see if the dog had gone to the bathroom and she said to me, "Mom Chloe is taking a duce." I was like thanks so much for the info!!!!! She is so funny and her new word she says is Hilariuos. "Mom that was so Hilariuos." I am so thankful for her she keeps me goin!!!! Her kindergarten teacher is pregnant and she said to me the other day, Brinlee will be the one that gets me through the tough times she is so excited about EVERYTHING!!!!!!! We love our little Brinlee!!!!!

Braysen Feeds himself?????

Braysen has decided that he wants to feed himself. Those of you who know me I HATE THE MESS!!!! But I know he needs to learn and everytime I give him a bite he pulls it out anyhow and starts over so OH WELL!!!!! He loves it!!!! He is doing lots of fun things right now. He is a speedy crawler, stands up in the middle of the room and has taken a few steps. He says Mama and Dadda, and loves it when Brinlee and Braxton play with him. He is finally sleeping in his crib!!! And he just got over the croup which was terrible!!!! But he is nice and healthy now and going 100 miles and hour. I have to put barriers all over the house so he doesn't get into things!!! For Aunt Kiki I put Braxtons old soccer slippers that you gave us on him don't they look cute!!!!

Lance and I getaway!!!!!

A few weekends ago Lance and I had the chance to run a boy to the airport to go home and then we stayed in Wichita overnight. We kinda called it our 10 year anniversary getaway!!! It was so nice to have a night to ourselves!!! Except the really pathetic thing is and this will show how crazy our lives can be, right after we checked into our hotel room we both feel asleep for like 3 hours!!!! Boy we are alot of fun!!!! We went to dinner at a yummy steakhouse, and since I have lost a little weight Lance bought me some new clothes and yes everyone he does pick them out for me because I suck at it!!! We had a really nice night away and thank you sooooooooo much Grammie and Papa for watching the kids it was nice to have some fun by ourselves!!! This picture kinda sucks also but at least I got one huh!!!!

Braysen's Haircut

This is a pic of Braysen after his little haircut. He has thick, coarse hair just like his daddy's. He looks so big and grown-up!!! He loved Lisha's water bottle and was such a good boy!!! I forgot to take my camera in but here is an after shot!!!

Brinlee and Braysen

I am so thankful for Brinlee she is such a big helper with Braysen. If I need to get things done I always tell her to entertain him. She runs around the house and he crawls as fast as he can after her. These pics she was reading him books it was so sweet!!! I am so lucky to have such sweet, darling kids!!!

Braysen 9 months!!!

I can't believe that Braysen is 9 months already!! It has gone by soooo fast!!! He is such a sweet baby and is doing so much better at night. The kids all share a room in this house and I think that he is such a light sleeper every sound they make in their sleep would wake him up. So yes I know this sounds silly but if I get to sleep through the night I will do anything. He sleeps in his port a crib in the dining room. He wakes up cries for a few minutes and goes right back to sleep. But if he is in with the kids he wakes them up so this works out so nice!!!! He is the fastest little crawler ever. He pulls himself up to everything. The other day he took a few steps. He loves to clap his hands and says Mama and Dadda. He loves his older brother and sister and they are so good with him. He loves Grammie and Papa and yesturday at Braxtons football game he loved being on Papas shoulders. We go for his 9 month check-up tomorrow and I bet he is at least 20 pounds. We call him our little chunky monkey!!! We are so excited that he is in our family!!! Oh by the way he is HUGE Daddy's boy!!!

Little Miss Brinlee

What can I say about my little sweet Brinlee!!! The other day her Kindergarten teacher asked her what she wanted to be when she grew up she said "A Princess." And that she is!!! We love her so much!! She can make Braysen laugh when he is fussy. She is so sweet and kind to Braxton. I decided one Saturday night to put curlers in her hair, she loved it!!! It turned out so cute!!! She loves to wear her new princess sunglasses and she loves to go to school!!! We are so glad that she is in our family!! We love you Brinlee!!!

Bike Race at Pahls Farm

Sorry I have not updated for awhile I have been busy with all the fun things going on. My music class at the elementary school has been really fun, but lots of extra work!!! I have had some questions about the kids school and so I thought I would tell you a little bit about it. It is here in our little town of Tipton just up the street the kids walk to school every morning. It is a private school but they do not have to wear uniforms or anything. The music class I teach is only in 20 minute sessions so I am at the school for about an hour in the afternoon and 20 min in the morning. I am so thankful that my mom is out here and has been able to watch the kids it is so nice to be invovled over at the kids school. We have met another couple here in town that has been so kind to our family, the Towner's. Our kids are in pictures here with their kids. Brinlee is with Anna and Braxton is with Ben. We are so glad that the Towner family has taken us in and they are such good friends to us. They try and include us in things going on around town it has been great!!! Here we went to a farm for a Bike Race and a really yummy dinner!!! The kids had alot of fun!!!

First Day of School!!!!

I don't know who was more excited for the kids to start school them or me!!!! It was so cute Brinlee was so excited to get to Kindergarten and she just loved her first day!! She is just my little social butterfly and is so loving and sweet. She has 7 kids in her class 4 girls and 3 boys. Her teacher is Mrs. Towner one of my really good friends!!! Braxton also loved 3rd grade, he has 11 kids in his class including him. One of the pictures is of him and his teacher Mrs. Bummer. The silly thing about the kids teachers is that they are twin sisters and I am really good friends with them they are the sweetest gals!!!! Braxton had a wonderful first day also he was so excited to get up and go again today. He is such a smart little stink and just does so well!!! The kids were so excited that Grammie came over to go with them to thier first day. I think they wanted her to take them not me!!!! We love both our kids soooo much and we are (mainly me)so excited that they are back in school!!!

Cousins, Cousins, Cousins!!!!

Sandy and the boys came to visit for awhile after Braxtons Baptism. We did alot of fun things together. We went to the zoo, Huckleberry Tea House, and the Park. The Big Tipton Picnic was also the weekend Sandy was here. We had alot of fun!!! My dad entered us in a co-ed softball tournament and yes Sandy and I played, it was a BLAST!!!! Part of the team was Dad, Mikee, Lance, Kevy, Me, and Sandy all from the family!!! Sandy and I might not have not been the best but we had a heck of a time!!! We got to see Kevy, Binny and the girls alot also it was so much fun!!! Thanks everyone for hanging out it was such a wonderful time together!!!!

When it rains it pours!!!

I decided that I would let everyone know why it takes so dang long for me to post sometimes!!! Well I am going to start teaching a music class at the elementary school. I am way excited, nervous and very overwhelmed!!! I don't know how you teachers do all the lessons. It might help if I wasn't such an organized freak!!! Which brings me to the next thing that happend in my life. I just got called as the new YW President!!! Which I am way excited for but now ORGANIZE mode hits me!!!! Next, I am still doing my online billing job!!! Not a whole lot of work but enough to keep me going!!!! Last but not least by an means I am a mom!! Of very busy beautiful fun kids!!! I am way excited for school to start and I know they are too they keep counting the days down!!! A VERY MOBILE BABY!!! Braysen is into EVERTHING wait did I say EVERYTHING!!!!!!! I love him tons but he is a busy little man crawling, pulling himself up, and he even is being daring and lets go of the couch once in awhile!!!! SO anyhow cut me some slack I will try and keep caught up!!!! Love you all family and friends we miss you!!!!

Braxtons Baptism

We are so proud of Braxton and that he chose to be Baptized. It was such a wonderful weekend and I am so glad that we had our parents here to share in the joy!!! They were so much help and did such a good job on talks. Lance did a great job at the whole thing also got a little choked up which I love. It was nice to have our family and friends there. The cousins did such a cute job at singing. Braxton was baptized on his Birthday so he got to open a few presents after the party was over. It was just a really amazing weekend. We got to spend a little bit a time with Lances mom before she flew home and we loved it!! We miss you Grandma!!!!

My Braysen

I can't believe my Braysen is already crawling and pulling himself up to things!!! He is soo big we call him our Chunky Monkey!!! Uncle Mikee says he has thunder thighs!!! I think he may be getting some teeth lately he has been cranky!!! But who knows I just hope soon he will sleep through the night oh how nice that will be!! We just love him and he is such a sweet baby!!! He is eating all sorts of foods now and loves it!! One pic is of him eating a huge pickle he loved it!!!

Cousins come to visit

We were so excited that our nephews and cousins came to visit. Grandpa brought them on the truck all the way from Utah. We went swimming and the zoo and out to eat we did all sorts of fun things!!! We then met up with Mike and Rachelle in Denver. We had such a fun time with you boys!!!! We love you!!!

4th of July!!!!

We had such a fun 4th of July!!! We first took the kids to see Transformers which was a real learning experience for me. Braxton came up to me in the movie and said I can't believe you brought me to a PG13 movie mom there is way to much swearing I want to go out to the car. Besides the swearing some girls were a tad immodest and I am sure that made him feel uncomfortable. What a great example he is to me though. I took him and Brinlee to the car and they watched SpongeBob until the movie was over. We then came back and had a Barbeque with the Branch President, his wife, Mom and Dad. We did some awesome fireworks for the boys at the academy and then we went to bed!!! It was a nice cool day so it was wonderful!!!

Six Months Old!!!!

What can I say about our Braysen. He is such a good baby and sometimes I forget he is here because he can be soooo quiet and play by himself. He is always happy and smiles at everyone. He is very busy and always moving around. His brother and sister love him very much and he is always sooooo excited when they play with him. He weighs 17lbs and he is 26inches long now. He is growing soooo fast but is such a great addition to our home. He loves his Daddy and will just stare at him until Daddy talks to him. He is not a very good sleeper. Sometimes I have to remind myself to be patient after getting up every two hours to give him his bink. But during the day he sleeps like a champ for 2 sometimes 3 hours at a time. We love him and we are so blessed to have him in our home. We love you little guy!!!!

I know its about time HUH!!!!

We have had ALOT going on the last few months and time has jut sped by!!! We are sooo excited Aunt KiKi and Uncle Dave moved out here by us and that is sooo much fun having them close. The kids got out of school for the summer so we had field day and Braxtons little end of the year program. I am so excited they offered me a job over at Braxtons school to be the new music teacher!!!!! I am excited to get started next school year!!!! The picture of Brinlee and her little friend Hayden so cute!!!!

We have a really nice bowling alley close by and one night we all went it was alot of fun. The little girls are so fun to watch bowl. Also that day the little girlies wanted to go run through the sprinklers so that is them in their suits.

We also had Uncle Mikee move out here too. He is working on the farm. One night him and KiKi took the kids up to see the baby goats, they loved it!!!

The town library had a creative day and had a cake decorator come and talk to the kids they loved it!!! After she was done they got to go and decorate their own cookie it was alot of fun. After that we brought home friends with us to play that day. Brinlee had Leah over and Braxton had Ben over. That day has been the best of the summer for me. The kids were entertained all day and I didn't have to think of things for them to do all day. We have a blow-up waterslide and they got to go on it later in the afternoon because it had been so cold that morning. Braysen loves to sit in his swing and watch the kids through the back door. What a great summer so far!!!!

Braxtons Friends

So living out here in little Tipton where the entire town is Catholic (pretty much all) has sure helped us appreciate the Gospel soooo much more. We had the opportunity to go to Braxtons friends First Communion and from what I gathered while being there it is kinda like their first time partaking of the Sacrement but in a totally confusing way. We were invited and because Braxton loves his little buddies so much we thought it would be a good chance for us to show our support to them. I think it is also neat to show Braxton what types of different Religons are out there and he usually comes back and says "Mom I like our church way better." We are also excited to use this experience as a Missionary tool because we let his friends know that Braxton would be Baptized this summer and they all wanted to come. So this has been such a neat experience for all of our family. The one boy closest to Braxton is Ben. They are such good buddies!!!!

Big Sister

Brinlee is such a good big sister!!! She is always trying to make Braysen happy and she does such a good job!!! She is just my little helper. The other day when we got back from somewhere I set Braysen down in his carseat and while I was putting things away she got him out of his carseat and layed him on a blanket. Yes, I was a little nervous but she was trying to help and he was fine. They are such good little buddies and it is so fun to see them together. I can't believe that Braysen will be five months in a week it has gone by way to fast!!! We went to his check-up the other day and he weighs 14lbs and he is 25 inches long. He is eating cereal now and loves it!!! I am so happy that he is part of our family and we all love him soooo much!! Lance thought it was so funny to put some rock music on for Braysen. He just sat there and listened did not even move, how about the ear phones so cute!!!!

Make-up Girls

So here are a few pictures I have been hanging on to!!! Sorry I am soooo behind but I can't believe how fast time goes by. We had Kevy and Binny and the girls over one day for dinner and the girls decided they needed to do make-up!!! Lizzy's and Nellie's looked cute but can you see my daughters blue face??? What in the world and all I could say was how beautiful Brinlee!!! That same day I forgot my make-up bag at Kevy's so I had no make-up on but I loved how cute Braysen looked in the picture and wanted to share it with you. The last silly picture on this is of my daughter!!! I tell you she keeps us laughing. She wanted to try on her swimsuit but it was kind of a cool day. So she decided that she had to wear it all day and the slippers too!!! Gotta love it!!! The last one is Braysen just chillin in the recliner!!!

Easter

We started out by going the weekend before Easter up to Concordia with Kevy and Binny and the girls. We had so much fun!!! We went to the Concordia Easter Egg Hunt and then we went back to Kevy and Binny's and the kids colored eggs!!!The kids had such a good time together. Thanks guys for letting us spend the day with you we had such a great time!!!! Then on Easter Day we had Stake Conference and since that invovled driving an hour and a half we decided to stay home and do our own thing. Lance gave the family a really nice lesson about Easter and the kids colored Easter Eggs and we made cookies. We also had Whitney and Mike over that night for dinner!! We had soooo much fun!!!!!

Almost 4 months

I can't believe my little guy will be 4 months in a couple of weeks it has gone by sooo fast!!! He is so much fun he smiles all the time!!! He is such a good baby we are so blessed to have him in our home. Brinlee still thinks everytime he cries that he needs her so she rushes to his side.

Springbreak

Over spring break they took the boys at the Academy to the Salt Mines and Braxton got to go with everyone. They had a good time and according to Lance they have alot of cool stuff down there because it remains a certain temp. and the humidity stays the same all year long. They store old movies down there and whole bunch of cool stuff!!!

Grammie, Papa, Sandy and the boys come to Visit
